Welcome to the First Choice PT App! Access your personalized Home Exercise Program on your mobile device.

Using this app, you can view your personalized Home Exercise Program with high-definition instructional videos. The 'Messages' tab allows you to securely communicate with your First Choice PT provider. As you complete your exercises, you will receive trophies and medals to acknowledge your progress.

In the 'Awards' tab, you can monitor these achievements. If you prefer a language other than English, navigate to the 'More' tab and select 'Languages' to choose an alternative language. For appointment scheduling, please refer to the 'Appointments' tab for further details. Remember to select 'Mark as Complete' when finishing your exercises to ensure accurate progress tracking by your provider.

Access is exclusive to First Choice PT patients. This app syncs with your iPhone's Health app to access daily step count data, allowing your provider to monitor your activity levels.
